KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC worked with HACC representatives and the Project Design Team to develop three (3) conceptual design options for the plaza. Areas of focus for the design included the reuse of the existing fountain, potential modifications to the ground plane, new site furnishings, improved drainage and storm sewer issues, enhanced and/or revisited landscaping, and site lighting.

Following approval of the schematic plan, KAIROS prepared all necessary construction plans and specifications to build the renovations to the plaza area.

KAIROS served as an advisor to the owner during construction to help ensure that the plaza was constructed according to the construction plans and the design intent.
