KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC has provided a variety of design and civil engineering services for this regionally significant retail facility, which was considered the “crown jewel” retail redevelopment project for Cedar Shopping Centers at the time of completion.

KAIROS’ work involved the preparation of a variety of plan and elevation studies to illustrate the sensitive relationships between the newly constructed Giant Foods and LA Fitness facilities, a central service court, a drop-off porte-cochere, and available parking.

KAIROS also served as the civil engineer for required improvements to the Camp Hill Mall entrances along U.S. Routes 11/15 and PA Route 641 (Trindle Road). The projects included additional lanes in the southbound direction and stormwater collection system installation along both sides of Routes 11/15. Extensive coordination with PENNDOT was required to develop the necessary highway occupancy plans (HOPs) for the work along Routes 11/15 and the westbbound ramp of the Route 581 expressway which is the southern boundary of the property.
