KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC is part of the development and architectural team providing Landscape Architectural and Engineering services for the new Campus Square Building to be located at the intersection of Third and Reily Streets. This project involves a retail/office/residential mixed-use building of approximately 60,000 SF. Part of a recent “renaissance” occurring within the Harrisburg Midtown, this project is the first new commercial/office development within the Midtown district in more than 50 years.

KAIROS’ focus for the project will be to maximize the developable footprint of the proposed building and create an inviting streetscape to encourage retail uses and future investment in Midtown. The ability to provide on- and off-street parking for the building will be critical to its success and KAIROS will work with Powers and Associates to develop an effective parking strategy for the project. The scope of this project will include survey services, the development of sketch plans and layout plans, civil engineering, and construction observation.
