The KAIROS DESIGN GROUP provided landscape architecture and engineering site design services for this 64-unit multi-family apartment complex. The project was completed under Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) guidelines and KAIROS’ design work included: preparation of base and sketch plans; preparation of layout, grading, utility, planting, and erosion and sedimentation control plans; and final construction documents.
