KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC (KAIROS) was commissioned to design and secure approvals for this 197-unit townhome community. Construction of the townhomes will be completed in three (3) phases on this nearly 28-acre site.

KAIROS worked with a team of owners that included the High Real Estate Group and Hogan Development Company to evaluate various development scenarios such as an up-scale apartment community for this site. The fee-simple townhome approach was determined to best suite the overall development needs of the owner team.

Rear access garages help to preserve the integrity of the streetscape. Following the guidelines for a traditional neighborhood development (TND), setbacks and street width have been modified to create a unique community offering expansive views at the foot of Blue Mountain.

Construction of Phase I of the community has commenced, and will continue through the end of 2007.
