This townhome development includes 30 townhouse units and a 3,000 SF office component. To comply with a rigorous Environmental Impact Ordinance, a native species planting plan was prepared, a detailed site inventory of existing vegetation was compiled, and detailed site analysis information was developed. This allowed for a development scheme that maximized the developer’s investment while protecting the site’s sensitive natural features. This project is being constructed in phases.
