This existing retail/merchant property is to be remodeled into an “upscale” restaurant with patio dining. To accommodate the new uses, KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC (KAIROS) provided landscape architectural services, including several schematic design options for the design of the patio and walkway areas. A detailed planting design was provided for the property and a lighting design was completed for the expanded parking area and connecting walkway.

Engineering services included site grading and utility plans, easement plans, stormwater system design and completion of a PENNDOT Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP).
