The KAIROS DESIGN GROUP provided comprehensive Site Planning and Landscape Architectural services for the design and development of a mixed-use community near Interstate 81that is unrivaled in this region. It is intended that this location will become a “destination place” to live, work and shop.

KAIROS worked with the Williams Holdings Group and the Design Team in an interactive design process to develop several sketch plan concepts for the community. KAIROS is completing all site development and subdivision plans, including highway occupancy permits (HOPs), lighting, and all site/civil engineering.

In addition to the development planning, KAIROS is also providing design of site entry features and graphic renderings to assist in the marketing effort for this unique community.
