KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC provided subdivision and land development services for a new 137,000 +/- SF Pennsylvania Lottery Headquarters Building. The design for the new facility includes office and warehousing/distribution space. The site design included provisions for future facility expansion.

Site grading was accomplished using a balance of cut and fill earthwork. Best Management Practices (BMPs) were utilized for the stormwater conveyance and detention systems. KAIROS’ services also included the application for obtaining waivers for reduced parking space requirements from the Township.

Design for this property includes the preparation of highway occupancy permits for entrances onto two state routes. Design of site lighting and a site planting plan were also included to enhance the appeal and safety of this significant facility.
