The KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC is providing comprehensive landscape master plan services for this unique 22-acre residential property. The private residence has been designed with Italian Villa/Gothic style architecture, and will eventually be gifted to the community for use as a performing arts center.

A detailed site analysis preceded the conceptual design phase. Sun angles, views (both good and poor), prevailing breezes, soil types, adjacent property uses, existing site features, and other factors were all documented.

During the design phase, the KAIROS team prepared models of the three main courtyard areas to promote client interaction and conceptual understanding. Conceptual sketches evolved from bubble diagrams to construction drawings.

KAIROS’ site master plan design considers the complete life cycle for the site and the project includes conceptual and final master plan design, bid document preparation, construction phase services, and the development of a long-term maintenance program.
