KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC was contracted by EI Associates to provide a Landscape and Planting Plan for a new elementary School in the Pequea Valley School District. Provided in two phases, the Plan addresses screening, parking landscaping, rain garden plantings, entrance plantings, play area plantings, general turf mixtures for screening and specific athletic turf mixtures for fields.

KAIROS staff worked with project architect, lighting, and engineering staff to ensure that the landscape designs were sensitive to site conditions and space constraints, and enhanced the selected sustainable design elements.
