KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC (KAIROS) was commissioned by Powers Homes to provide design expertise and complete Land Development and Subdivision plans for this 230-unit residential development in Carroll Township, York County, PA. The development is planned to include a mix of townhomes, single-family homes, apartments, duplex-style homes, and retail establishments.

KAIROS analyzed a marketing study provided by Powers Homes and created schematic plans for the development. From the schematic plans, a Final Master Plan and complete Land Development plans were developed.
