The KAIROS Design Group currently serves as the retained Landscape Architect for the Borough of Steelton. KAIROS developed detailed construction plans and specifications for a new boat launch and clubhouse facility on the Susquehanna River.

The boat launch facility project included the removal of existing gravel, bituminous, and concrete pads in order to create a new anti-skid boat launch and supporting facilities. A balance of earthwork was required for the project with a zero fill tolerance. The supporting facilities associated with the first phase of the project included a pedestrian observation plaza with ADA-compliant ramp access, a boat mooring dock, boat ramp, a removable fishing pier, and parking area.
