The KAIROS DESIGN GROUP, LLC (KAIROS) prepared a base plan and sketch plan for this nearly 20,000 SF retail center. The sketch plan phase also included zoning ordinance research.

Final land development plans included grading and utility plans, stormwater and sanitary sewer calculations, erosion and sedimentation control plans, planting plan and sight lighting plan. Following the design phase, KAIROS is providing review services during the construction phase.

The retail center is located within a larger corporate office complex and is intended to provide services needed by the working population. Initial tenants for the facility include a family-style restaurant, pizzeria, a dry cleaner, and a salon.
