KAIROS has been commissioned to design a resort tennis and sports complex in suburban Philadelphia. The Tennis Addiction Master Plan involves a significant expansion of the existing tennis club to include a new gazebo entertainment area, a 25-meter pool with a hot tub, wading pool and bath house, six (6) regulation tennis courts with observation areas (and a planned expansion for a seventh court), four (4) paddle courts, pedestrian walkways, retaining walls, planning and nightscape enhancements as well as the expansion of the club's parking facilities. The project also includes the development of a 2-story, 10,000 SF office building and associated parking facilities. The expansion is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2007.

KAIROS also provided design services for marketing and promotional materials related to the expansion project.
